Security deposit of $500 is payable at time of booking. This will be fully refunded within 24 hours of checkout once the home has been inspected. You will also need to provide us with a photo of your driver’s license (front & back) sent as a text message to our mobile.

1. 50% deposit required at time of booking
2. Full payment required 30 days prior to your check in date
3. 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel giving more than 30 days notice
4. 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel giving more than 14 days notice
5. No refund if you cancel giving less than 14 days notice
6. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment of total booking fee is required at time of booking.
Note: If you cancel within the 14 day period and we get another reservation for your booked dates we will refund 100% or Pro Rata of dates booked
